Can I mix tiers across different compressors?
Yes. We recommend the right tier per unit based on its run hours and criticality. A backup compressor might sit on Essential Uptime while your main production unit is on Critical Uptime.
What happens if my compressor breaks down between services?
Uptime Protection customers get priority breakdown scheduling. You jump the queue ahead of non contract callouts. You also pay a reduced callout fee.
