Sets the direction for Airmech's growth, from service expansion to new market sectors. Accountable for commercial performance and long-term planning.

Manages key accounts including Costco (30 UK sites) and DPD (5 Midlands hubs). Personally handles contract negotiations and service reviews.

Contract Management

Oversees national service agreements, SLA compliance, and pricing structures. Ensures every contract delivers measurable value.

Leads a team of engineers, coordinators, and technical specialists. Responsible for recruitment, development, and maintaining Airmech's service standards.

Third Generation, Same Standards

Charlotte joined Airmech in 2013 straight from university and was appointed Director in 2015. She is the third generation to run the business, following founder Roy Emmett and second-generation leaders Karen and Keith Bedford.

That continuity matters. Clients deal with the same family, the same phone number, and the same commitment to turning up when promised. No corporate restructures, no account manager rotation, no new faces every quarter.

National Contracts, Personal Service

Under Charlotte's leadership, Airmech secured and retained national contracts with Costco (30 UK warehouse sites) and DPD (5 Midlands distribution hubs). These are not token logos on a website. They represent 200+ service visits per year, sub-24h breakdown response, and a 43% reduction in compressor faults across the Costco estate.

The approach is straightforward: one contract, one point of contact, consistent service standards across every site. Charlotte oversees the commercial relationship while Jason and the engineering team deliver the work on the ground.

How Charlotte Works

Charlotte is available by phone and email for existing clients and new enquiries. She handles quotes personally for multi-site contracts and will attend site surveys where the scope warrants it. For service queries, Lilly Thompson is the first point of contact and can escalate directly.
