Compressor Down? Get Back Up and Running, Fast
Same day or next day response from compressed air specialists. One call, one engineer, one fix. Diagnostic expertise across all major brands. Clear ETA. No chasing.
Every Hour Without Air Costs You Money
When your compressor stops, so does production. Every hour costs money. You do not have time to wait for someone who might not know what they are doing.
You have called around before. Vague ETAs. Engineers who turn up without the right parts. Diagnostic guesswork that leads to repeat visits and repeat invoices.
That is exactly why we built Rapid Restore. Same day or next day response. Diagnostic expertise across all major brands. Clear ETA. No chasing. One call to one number and we handle the rest.
How Rapid Restore Works
One call to one number. We handle the rest. Our engineers carry diagnostic tools including multimeters, clamp meters for motor current testing, pressure gauges, infrared thermometers, and vibration pens. Common parts carried on every van include contactors, pressure switches, solenoid valves, condensate drains, drive belts, and a range of filters and oil for all major brands. For CompAir and Hydrovane, we hold genuine OEM airend bearings, intake valves, minimum pressure valves, and electronic controllers at our Nuneaton workshop, reducing the wait for specialist parts from weeks to days.
Engineers are dispatched from our Nuneaton headquarters using GPS fleet tracking, so we assign the nearest available engineer and give you an accurate ETA. Every callout is logged on a tablet based digital job sheet. You receive the callout report by email within 48 hours, including fault diagnosis, corrective action taken, photographs, and recommendations to prevent recurrence.
Based in Nuneaton with national coverage across the UK. Core service areas include the Midlands, London, North West, Yorkshire, and all major industrial regions. For multi-site contracts, we deploy engineers nationwide.

How quickly can you respond to a breakdown?
Same day or next day for most locations. Our average response time across all breakdown calls is under 24 hours. Response time depends on location and engineer availability. For sites within 90 minutes of our Nuneaton base, same day response is typical. For contract customers with priority scheduling, we guarantee attendance within a defined window. Sites outside our core Midlands area are covered by our national network, with engineers deployed from the nearest available location.
Do you repair all compressor brands?
Yes. We service and repair every major compressed air brand including CompAir, Hydrovane, Atlas Copco, Boge, Kaeser, Ingersoll Rand, and others. As authorised distributors for CompAir and Hydrovane, we carry genuine OEM parts for those brands and use approved parts for everything else.
What types of breakdown do you handle?
All compressed air system failures. Common faults we resolve on first visit include high temperature shutdowns caused by blocked coolers or low oil level, pressure drop faults from failed intake or minimum pressure valves, motor overload trips due to bearing wear or electrical supply issues, control panel faults and sensor failures, condensate drain blockages causing moisture carryover, and drive belt failure on older belt driven machines. More complex faults such as airend seizure or major electrical failure may require the compressor to be returned to our workshop, in which case we arrange temporary hire air to keep you running during the repair.
Where do you cover?
We are based in Nuneaton, Warwickshire with national coverage across the UK. Core service areas include the Midlands, London, North West, Yorkshire, and all major industrial regions. For multi-site contracts, we deploy engineers and trusted subcontractors nationwide.
What happens if you cannot fix it on the first visit?
If specialist parts are needed, we give you a clear timeline and confirmed next steps before we leave site. For CompAir and Hydrovane, most specialist parts can be sourced from UK stock within 2 to 5 working days. For other brands, timescales vary depending on the manufacturer. We always confirm the expected delivery date before leaving site, and quote temporary hire air for the gap if needed. You are never left guessing or waiting without a plan.
